Seeded Graham Loaf (700g Setting)
For the Gorenje BM910WII machine
- Water: 280 ml (lukewarm)
- Oil or Melted Butter: 30 ml (approx. 2 tbsp)
- Honey or Sugar: 30g
- Salt: 9g (approx. 1.5 tsp)
- Graham Flour: 200g
- White Bread Flour: 200g
- Dry Yeast: 5g (approx. 1.5 tsp)
- Mixed Seeds: 50g (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, etc.)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Layer the Ingredients: Place your bread pan directly onto a digital kitchen scale. Zero it out as you add each ingredient.
Pour the 280 ml water and 30 ml oil first, then add the 30g honey.
Cover the liquid completely with the 200g white flour and 200g graham flour.
Put the 9g salt in one corner of the pan.
Make a shallow well in the center of the flour and add the 5g dry yeast (keeping it dry and away from the salt).
Select Settings: Press the menu button to select Program 3: VOLLKORN (Whole Wheat).
Set the weight setting to 700g and select your preferred crust color. Press Start.
Add the Seeds: Wait for the machine to emit a series of beeps during the second kneading cycle (roughly 20–30 minutes into the program).
Open the lid, tip the 50g of mixed seeds directly into the dough, and close the lid. The machine will knead them in cleanly.
